Abstract: Fracture due to high rise syndrome is a very common case specially during summer. Sometimes, surgeons need to go through amputation of broken limb. A cat with a history of high rise syndrome was brought to Teaching and Training Pet Hospital and Research Center. After taking x-ray, a complete fracture of left tibial bone was diagnosed. Following primary treatment, the surgical amputation of the affected limb was performed. After a successful surgery, during post-operative care there was a little complication. But with proper guidelines of veterinarians and adequate take care by the owner, now the cat is completely okay and adapted with three legs.
