Abstract: The major diseases and that affected in livestock of Bangladesh are mastitis, FMD, PPR, Bovine epimeral fever, Bovine viral diarrhea, Repeat breeder syndrome, Anoestrus and umbilical hernia.But this year an uncommon disease which become epidemic throughout the country known as Lumpy Skin Disease The present study was conducted to determine the prevalence of diseases and disorder and their association with risk factors in domestic animal at Upazilla veterinary hospital, Fatikchari under Chattogram district.A total of 1723 clinical cases were recorded from case sheet of UVH. Each clinical case was diagnosed on the basis of physical examination, clinical examination, and in some cases microscopic examination (using laboratory technique) as well. The clinical cases were categorized into three different categories based on treatment required such as medicinal, gynaco-obstetrical and surgical. Among the clinical cases The highest prevalence of disease was Lumpy skin disease (41.93%) which was followed by parasitic infestations (14.68%), digestive disorder (6.24%) It may concluded that a number of disease with various percentage have been occurring at Upazila Veterinary hospital in Fatikchhari, Chattogram and this report may help to develop disease control strategies in the study area. The current investigation could be helpful in designing control measures for the prevalent disease at Upazila level. Key words:
