A study was undertaken to determine the prevalence of Colibacillosis disease in poultry farms of Chittagong region during the month of April to November, 2014. In this period the prevalence of Colibacillosis disease was determined. Disease diagnosis was conducted on the basis of history, clinical findings and post-mortem lesions. Birds taken from 52 broiler farms and 15 layer farms were examined during the study period (mortality before and after treatment). Prevalence of Colibacillosis disease was (11.94%). Due to proper precautions and sanitary measures at initial stage of infection the mortality rate reduces to limit. The prevalence of Colibacillosis disease was 11.94% which was higher than the diseases like Gumboro, Coccidiosis and Salmonellosis disease in that time. This finding was higher than the findings of Islam et al., (2003) and Bell et al., (1990).This variation may be due to the difference of study period and study area.en_US
