Abstract: Protein is the most important constituent of blood which plays various crucial roles which maintain plasma osmotic pressure and homeostasis of the body. The aim of the present study was to investigate the different protein fractions of the early aged calf of a stall feeding dairy cattle. Total protein, albumin, globulin and γ globulin were determined by using biochemical analyzer. The results of the present study showed that total protein (72.56 ± 29.4), albumin (44.8 ± 2.46), globulin (27.76 ± 4.47), & ϒ globulin (2.9 ± 2.07) in calves. It may be concluded that biochemical variation of serum of different calves and it is very important for interpretation of serum biochemistry for laboratory data in various age group animals.
