dc.description.abstractThe present study on poultry and poultry meat products in Chittagong city is an attempt to examine the existing poultry (broiler) and poultry meat marketing system, to estimate cost and margin.The sample size of the study was 30 which included 10 poultry traders,10 retailers ,5 hotel and 5 farms .The average marketing cost was Tk 4.89 and Tk 5.67 for one bird in whole sale cum retailer and retailer respectively .The corresponding net margin 3.11 ,4.33.en_US
